THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.37643 OF 2016 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the order of rejection of application for grant of quarry lease, the petitioner filed revision before the Government and the said revision is pending consideration. Alleging that there is inordinate delay in considering and passing orders in the revision, this Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, on instructions, would submit that the revision was kept pending to obtain remarks from the Director of Mines and Geology and revision would be disposed of within a period of six (6) weeks. 3.

Having regard to the submissions of learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Government to consider and pass appropriate orders in the revision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
