THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.746 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri M.Papa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 02.07.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.13941 of 2014 in W.P.No.19223 of 2007, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with.

Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
