THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25271 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.S.Subba Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Mr.Subba Reddy, after arguing the writ petition for admission for sometime, keeping in view the pendency of representation and also to appreciate the basis on which the respondents are interfering with the alleged propriety right of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is content, if this Court, in the place of writ prayer as made directs the 2nd to consider the representation dated 04.06.2018 and legal notice dated 25-06-2018. The Assistant Government Pleader does not oppose the alternative prayer sought by the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order: (a) The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representation before the 2nd respondent/District Collector within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) If representation is filed as permitted by this Court, the 2nd respondent considers, examines and passes orders not later than eight (08) weeks thereafter, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

(c) The parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards physical features, till the disposal of the representation and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
