HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25247 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in finalizing the proposals of the petitioners dated 16-10-2017, 11-11-2017 and 09-11-2017 respectively for sanction of grant-in-aid under Skill Training Programme for "Divyangulu" as illegal and violation of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to sanction grant-in-aid to the petitioners basing on their proposals as per the norms.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.16380 of 2017, dated 06-06-2017. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-07-2018 Nvl
