HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3316 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted an application in Form-VI(A) through Mee-Seva on 25.06.2016 as per the provisions prescribed under A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds by mutating their names in the revenue records. Though the 2nd respondent received the application, the same is not disposed of till date. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 25.06.2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
