This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 01.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.51 of 2016 in O.S.No.413 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that the purpose of filing the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
