HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 22777 of 2013 O R D E R:- The petitioner, being aggrieved by inaction against the investigation in F.I.R.No. 277 of 2013 dated 06.07.2013, has filed the instant writ petition.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on written instructions dated 19.12.2017, submits that on investigation, the respondents have come to the opinion that the complaint is false. The copy of the final report was served on the petitioner on 21.12.2013 and filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C. before the Court of competent jurisdiction on 23.12.2013.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
