THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1229 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed challenging the ex parte order dated 22.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.286 of 2015 in A.S.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Huzurnagar. This revision petition is misconceived inasmuch as the petitioner has ample opportunity to file a counter in the above I.A. and seek passing of final orders.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed by giving opportunity to the petitioner to file counter in the above I.A. As and when the counter is filed the Court below shall endeavour pass final orders considering the objections, including the maintainability, raised by the petitioner.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
