ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed challenging non-disposal of O.S.No.57 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Addanki, Prakasam District. In view of the relief sought for in the present revision, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

The suit in O.S.No.57 of 2007, was filed for declaration of title and permanent injunction. The said suit is pending for the last 10 years.

In the circumstances, learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Addanki, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.57 of 2007 on priority basis, on or before 31.07.2017, after giving due opportunity to all the parties.

Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
