Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.4 in Crime No.ll8 of 2021 of Centrai Crime Station, Hyderabad, the present criminal petition is filed' Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the criminal petition has become infructuous, as charge sheet is filed. He seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission accorded.

The criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn' i Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a fresh application in case cause survives.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
