No. 1608 of 2005. Mr. K. Goverdhan Reddy, the learned counsel for the appellants, seeks liberty to withdraw the writ appeal. He has also addressed a letter dated 02-08-2019, to the Registrar (Judicial) in this regard. Therefore, the writ appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
