THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT APPEAL NO.234 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the appeal by the following order.

Before any steps are taken by the second respondent, fresh notice shall be issued to the appellants or their learned Advocate on record within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The appellants shall be heard in person and the hearing must be concluded within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After hearing, appropriate order may be passed in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
