Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioners/Accused No.1 seeks anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 210 of 2016 registered on the file of Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Kurnool for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. Perused the material on record. Keeping in view serious allegations levelled against the petitioner/Accused No.2 and since his custodial interrogation is required for investigation, I am not inclined to grant bail. The Criminal Petition is dismissed.
