THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4195 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 21.12.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.8 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
