HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2188 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1295 of 2013 of L.B.Nagar L & O Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offence punishable under Section 341, 365, 382, 384, 420, 506, 120-B I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigation agency already filed charge sheet, the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioners.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
