HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7291 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and there is no representation for the 1st respondent-complainant despite service of notice.

In view of the interim order dated 29.08.2017, of not to arrest the accused pending investigation, the interim order is made absolute by left open all available defence with observation that investigation shall go on, however, pending investigation the petitioners/accused shall not be arrested. However, this will not prevent the police to secure their presence for the purpose of investigation if necessary.

Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
