THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2503 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A4 in Crime No.569 of 2013 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498A and 406 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and referred the same as 'lack of evidence'. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted a copy of the report filed by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, before the Court of XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is, accordingly, closed.
