O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent - Inspector of Police - cum - Station House Officer, Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad, is not taking action on his complaint dated 17.06.2018, filed against the unofficial respondent No.4.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, entry in the general diary was made and on enquiry it is found that the petitioner in order his settle personal scores with the 4th respondent, filed the complaint after thirty years of service of the 4th respondent and the result of the enquiry was communicated to the petitioner by post on 24.07.2018. Recording the above statement of the 4th respondent that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and intimated to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
