This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime NO.20 of 2013 on the file of Tadimarri Police Station, Anantapur District. The offences alleged are under Sections 409, 420, 468, 471, 477-A, 120-B r/ w 34 IPC.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC underwent trial and the case ended in acquittal against all the accused, including the petitioner herein, vide judgment, dated 23.12.2016, in C.C.No.304 of 2016. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
