ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash order, dated 18.12.2015, in O.A.No.1740 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr. B.Narayana Reddy, learned

Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the petitioners, has not disputed that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is similar to that raised in Writ Petition No.13338 of 2016, which was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 21.04.2016.

Hence, following the order, dated 21.4.2016, in Writ Petition No.13338 of 2016, this Writ Petition is also dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.26679 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
