HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25301 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not processing the respective applications of the petitioners dated 20.06.2018 and 20.06.2018 for establishing BPT & B.Sc.(MLT) and PB.BS.C(N) courses at Kadapa and for establishing B.Sc.(N) and B.Sc.(MLT) courses at Rajampet and for establishing General Nursing and Midwifery Course at Koduru of YSR Kadapa District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners who submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.9176 of 2018 on 02.04.2018 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike this writ petition is disposed reserving liberty to the petitioners to file their applications before the 1st respondent-Special Chief Secretary, Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, Secretariat Buildings, Amaravathi, Velagapudi, Guntur District, for necessary permissions. On filing of such applications, the 1st respondent shall do the needful in the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such applications. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
