This petition is filed, by the petitioner/ A2, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.96 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narayanpet, Mahabubnagar District. The offences alleged are under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) r/ w 6 of A.P. Mines & Minerals (Regulation & Development) Act, 1056 and Section 25/ 35(1) of WALTA Act.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC underwent trial and the case ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 16.03.2018, in C.C.No.96 of 2011. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 25.11.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.13523 of 2011 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
