This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the orders dated 05.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.320 of 2014 in I.A.No.2296 of 2012 in O.S.No.637 of 2009 on the file of II additional Chief Judge Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that today this Court allowed C.R.P.No.1565 of 2016. In view of the orders passed in C.R.P.No.1565 of 2016, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition. 3.
