HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 28320 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the appointment of respondent No.4 as Anganwadi worker, though she does not belong to the area of Ismailkhanpet.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions received from the Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Project, Patancheru, Medak District, submits that when respondent No.4 has filed a writ petition, the petitioner was removed from the service and respondent No.4 was appointed on 01.12.2008, and on 03.12.2008, respondent No.8 joined the services and thereafter, in pursuant to the notification issued on 28.12.2010, the District Selection Committee had selected the petitioner as Anganwadi worker. He further submits that as on date, both the petitioner as well as respondent No.4, are working as Anganwadi workers.

In those circumstances, at this point of time, there is no requirement of adjudicating the case on merits. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
