Sri N.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel, representing the counsel for the petitioner, informs the Court that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court by entering into compromise and therefore, the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
