This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.968 of 2014 from Family Court, Rangareddy District and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, Kurnool District.

Wife filed this application and according to her affidavit, her marriage was performed on 30.04.2013 at her residence and due to harassment in the hands of respondent, she is living separately with her parents. She stated that she filed M.C.No.11 of 2014 before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Atmakur, Kurnool District and the respondent filed above referred O.P. before Family Court for divorce. She stated that she is residing at Jamminagar Thanda, Velgode village with her parents and the respondent filed Family O.P. in Ranga Reddy District and it will be difficult for her to travel from Jamminagar Thanda to Rangareddy, as she has no male assistance and she is fully depending on her parents. She further contended that respondent is attending Atmakur in connection with M.C. filed by her. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of O.P.No.968 of 2014 from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, to Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, Kurnool District.

Respondent has not filed any counter disputing the affidavit averments of the petitioner, though he made appearance in November, 2014.

Heard arguments.

I have perused the material papers filed along with the transfer C.M.P.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit which remained unchallenged, I feel that the request of the wife can be considered for transfer of O.P. from Ranga Reddy to Atmakur. Therefore, O.P.No.968 of 2014 is withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, Kurnool District, for disposal in accordance with law.
