B/o lur I.A.No.1 of 2007 (W.P.M.P.No.22528 of 2007) For the reasons assigned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, we find that sufficient cause on condonation of delay of 162 days in filing the review petition is made out.

In the result, delay in filing the review petition is condoned and the interlocutory application is allowed. I.A.No.2 of 2007 (Review WPMP.No.49736 of 2007) Perused I.A.No.2 of 2007, an application seeking review of the order dated 20.09.2006, passed in W.P.No.7526 of 2003.

On perusal of the record, we find that the order dated 20.09.2006, passed in W.P.No.7526 of 2003, neither suffers from any jurisdictional infirmity nor any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference of this Court in exercise of review jurisdiction.

In the result, I.A.No.2 of 2007 fails and is, hereby, dismissed.
