Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No. (i) of order dated 18.09.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11606 of 2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to surrender before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Investigation Officer, EOW, CID, Telangana, Hyderabad, incharge DSP, CID Regional Officer, Karimnagar, instead of SHO,

Chigurumamidi Police Station, Karimnagar District. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
