THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14647 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought in the Writ Petition is as follows: "...........to call for the records relating to the Cr.No.46 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and unjust."

When there is a specific provision under the Code of Criminal Procedure, extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under the law. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
