HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28734 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 1st respondent - Municipality.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ:

1.

directing the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners herein in municipal records in respect of the properties House No.9-111, 9-111/3, 9-111/4, 9-111/5 situated at Kalwakurthy Village and Mandal, Mahaboobnagar."

Learned Standing counsel, on instructions, submits that the 1st respondent will consider the representations given by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders. Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representations dated 13.08.2019 and 31.10.2019 given by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
