HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 9579 OF 2007 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

At the time when the mater is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record a letter dated 08.02.2016, issued by the District Co-operative Central Bank Limited, Mahabubnagar Branch, wherein it is stated that the President of the Bank and Chief Executive Officer agreed to remit Rs.25 lakhs for settlement of amount and accordingly they have remitted the agreed amount on 06.02.2016.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand dismissed.
