This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in failing to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 03.06.2017 and 13.06.2017 for transfer of ownership in the name of the petitioner with regard to House bearing No.6-3-4, admeasuring 355.55 Sq.Yards, situated at Shivajinagar, Sangareddy Town and District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent not to consider any claims of the 3rd respondent over the aforesaid house property without considering the representations of the petitioner. In pursuance to the application submitted by petitioner, the 2nd respondent issued proceedings of Transfer of Title of Property dated 30.06.2017 stating that already mutation was affected in favour of 3rd respondent.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 30.06.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
