This writ petition is filed questioning the Proceedings No.C/4760/2007, dated 07/11/2007 issued by the second respondent-Tahsildar, Patancheru, Medak district, under section 20 [1] [a] of A.P. Pawn Brokers Act, 2002, canceling the licence granted to the petitioner for the period 2007-08.

2. When the matter was listed on 08/6/2008, the counsel for the petitioner called absent and at request of the Government Pleader the matter was adjourned to 12/6/2018.

3. On 20/06/2018, when the matter was listed, none appears for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 21/6/2018 under the caption "for dismissal".

4. Today i.e., 21/06/2018 when the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In the result, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
