THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2219 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.263 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Visakhapatnam II Town Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 12.07.2017 before the Registry. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
