The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not registering crime based on his complaint dated 02.05.2018 and conducting investigation. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Machavaram Police Station, Guntur District, stating that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner through registered post, entry was made in the general diary on 4.5.2018 and on perusal of the complaint, it disclosed that the matter is of civil in nature and accordingly, the petitioner was served with notice on 15.5.2018, intimating the same. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

However, it is open for the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law.
