HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI WRIT PETITION No.28780 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue a Writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 22.11.2019 and its subsequent order 06.12.2019 passed in Interlocutory Application Crl.M.P.No.377 of 2019 in DVC No.16 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class Special Mobile at Karimnagar filed under section 31(1) of the Domestic Violence Act by respondent Nos.6 to 8 for enforcement of Order dated 24.01.2019 passed under Sections 20 and 22 of Domestic Violence Act in DVC.No.16 of 2014 is bad illegal void and contrary to natural justice and not maintainable under Section 31(1) of the Domestic Violence Act and consequently set aside the Order dated 22.11.2019 and 06.12.2019 passed in CrI MP No.377 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class Special Mobile at Karimnagar."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
