This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw E.P.No.25 of 2017 in ARC No.68 of 2015 from the file of the III Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to club with E.P.No.20 of 2018. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and perused the material available on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent filed E.P.No.25 of 2017 and E.P.No.20 of 2018 basing on the same award passed in A.R.C.No.68 of 2015. It is the case of the petitioner that the first respondent filed two EPs in two different courts against the same J.Dr. 4.

If both the courts are allowed to pass orders in E.Ps. separately, it may cause prejudice to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of a considered view that it is a fit case to allow the petition.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. E.P.No.25 of 2017 in A.R.C.No.68 of 2015 on the file of III Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of II Additional Chief Judge Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein E.P.No.20 of

2018 is pending for disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
