This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 27.02.2017 in I.A.No.267 of 2012 in O.S.No.219 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, at Pithapuram, East Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
