This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in registering the FIR pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20-06-2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.165 of 2018 was registered on 19-07-2018 on the file of Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
