HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16390 of 2016 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A3 and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed in the order dated 11.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3809 of 2016 in Crime No. 64 of 2016 of G. Madugula Police Station, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
