This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11153 of 2018. The writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal of the State Government and further direction to the competent authority to consider the same, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader produced memo of the Tahsildar, Dammapeta, dated 23.08.2018, wherein on consideration of application made by the petitioner on 12.04.2018, she was informed that her request cannot be acceded to. The said order is communicated to petitioner as can be seen from the reverse side of the memo dated 23.08.2018. 3.
