THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18272 of 2004 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the third respondent in issuing directions to the fourth respondent society to terminate the service of the petitioner and consequential action of the 4th respondent in terminating the service of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 07.07.2004 without any notice or opportunity as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from contrary to the provisions of A.P.Shops and Establishment Act and to pass such other necessary orders.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition in view of the interim orders of this Court dated 12.10.2004.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J April 22, 2016.
