HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16760 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 and A2, the condition to the extent that " and the sureties shall furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" imposed in the order dated 26.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3090 of 2016 and the order dated 01.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3556 of 2016 respectively passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitionersA1 and A2, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned orders shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
