Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Municipality that applications for building permissions are made online and it is open for the petitioner to make application online and if any such application is made, appropriate action will be taken as per law.

Recording the same, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
