Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.44434 of 2018, dt.06.12.2018, the respondents rejected the claim of the petitioner vide proceedings dt.16.12.2019; and that the Contempt Case can be closed with liberty to challenge the said proceedings. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dt.16.12.2019 issued by the respondent. No order as to costs.
