This civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the court below for speedy disposal of the pending suit O.S.No.20 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Rajam.

The petitioner is the plaintiff and he filed the suit as long back in 2005 for partition of the schedule properties and subsequently the same was transferred to the Senior Civil Judge Court at Rajam and renumbered as O.S.No.20 of 2012. The grievance of the petitioner is that the plaintiff side evidence is closed in December, 2015, however, the Court below is not taken up the matter to proceed further for recording the evidence on behalf of defendants even though 10 months are lapsed. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the court below to dispose of the above suit, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
