This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.77 of of Kakatiya University Police Station, Warangal Commissionate District.

On written instructions, dated 01.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as "lack of evidence" on 10.08.2018 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
