THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.31O2 of 2Ol9 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order, dated 10.10.2019, passed in I.A.No.644 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.BS of 2017, by the learned Senior Civil Judge, at Huzurabad.

2. Heard Sri B.S.N.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material record.

The respondent herein filed the LA.No.644 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.85 of 2Ol7 under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act against the petitioner herein in respect of interim maintenance, wherein the learned Senior Civil Judge has allowed the above said I.A. by awarding an amount of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent as interim maintenance and directed the petitioner to pay the said amount on or before 5th day of every succeeding month, until further orders. Aggrieved by the same, the present civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is working as a Process Server at Godavarikhani as on date in the pay scale of Rs.15,460.00 - Rs.47,330.00. Being part of the Judicial Department, it is common knowledge that the respondent/wife and her children are entitled to secure upto Rs.60/- per day.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there being no irregularity in the impugned order in granting Rs.5,000/- as interim maintenance to the respondent, the impugned order is not required to be interfered and the civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
