The case of the petitioner is that she filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent under Section 4A(i) of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 against the order dated 11.02.2016 in Rc.No.DT/ 263/ 2013-2 passed by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Kandukur. As no orders are passed thereon, she filed the present Writ Petition.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after issuing notices to the parties, in accordance with law. Till disposal of the appeal, there shall be stay of operation of the order dated 11.02.2016 in Rc.No.DT/ 263/ 2013-2 passed by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Kandukur.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
