Smt.Anitha, learned counsel, representing Sri D.Goverdhana Chary, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the same has become infructuous. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the Writ Petition is posted under the caption "For Dismissal" and also as it became infructuous, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
